When will my item be posted?
We despatch within 2 working days of your cleared payment being received.
Delivery is only to fixed street addresses, apologies but no delivery to P.O. Boxes will be possible.
How soon will I receive my order?
3-5 working days for delivery to most capital cities in any state, 4-7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns, 5-10 working days for delivery to most other remote locations. During peak periods (Easter, Christmas and other Public Holidays), the delivery may take up to 14 working days. (These delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.) Please see below for most of the postcodes that may be classified as a remote location, if you fall within these ranges contact us and we can do the best option possible for you..

Who will deliver my order?
We ship the majority of our items through Australia Post which can include heavier items up to 22KG and would also include extras such as tracking and insurance (up to $100 or in additional increments of $100 can be quoted if requested) in the price.
Will my parcel have tracking?
Yes, all items are sent with tracking numbers. Unless otherwise indicated in the listing. You will receive an email after your cleared payment sent to your email address that was supplied with your account signup containing the tracking number in it which can be followed online.
What will be the shipping cost?
Please refer to each individual listing regarding the shipping costs.
Prices generally start from $8.50 based on weight and destination and is automatically calculated for you upon checkout..
Can my order be insured?
Yes, it already is up to a value of $100. There is no need to do anything unless additional value is required which can be added for $1.95 per extra $100.
Will you ship internationally?
At this time we are only able to ship items within Australia but please feel free to email us to request any updates or changes to do with international shipping and we can keep you up to date.
I haven’t received my item yet.
Once your purchases are sent you receive a tracking number to YOUR OWN email address (the one you have registered with us). So please always check there to make sure you have received it or that it is not in your spam folder.
Before contacting us.
When contacting us that your purchase has not yet been received on or within the estimated postage period in the description, please advise us when you last checked with your local post office as on occasion delivery has been attempted and a "calling card" left to advise you of this may not have been taken back to the local Post Office or depot for collection.
