Material: Medicine King Stone (also known as Tibetan Jade)
These Medicine King Stone eye masks are mostly black, you have to look to see the green but when you do you will notice some of the beads are almost glittery.
I chose to use Medicine King Stone for the eye masks for its known healing properties.
Medicine King Stone benefits; This particular stone has been used since ancient times in China (for longer than roughly 1700 years!!) as it is believed that when worn for a period of time (such as you might with these eye masks) it would aid with the elimination of toxins from within your body, promote blood circulation and relieve fatigue, eliminate tension and, the black color within the stone is believed to "enter the kidneys" and promote healthy kidney function.
It is also said to aid with aligning ALL of your chakras, the minerals contained within the stone are beneficial for releasing stagnant, unnecessary emotional baggage that no longer serves you. One of those minerals is magnetite which is said to relieve aches and pains from your muscles (and how could that not help with the strain on your eyes!) so why not use its anti-inflammatory capacity to add to your beauty régime.
Oh, and as a side note, it is believed by some to connect deeply with your heart helping us to manifest our most authentic and genuine desires! Sounds like a winning bonus to me!
